This studio collects almost nothing, and here is everything that happens to what it does collect.

What is collected

Names and email addresses submitted through the contact and subscribe forms. Enquiry details you choose to include. Nothing is tracked, profiled or sold, and this site sets no advertising cookies.

What it's used for

Replying to enquiries, and sending the Journal to those who subscribed for it. That's the entire list. There are no automated decisions, no analytics profiles, no third-party advertising.

Where it's processed

Subscribers are stored with MailerLite, an email service hosted in the European Union, and processed under contract solely to send the Journal. Emails you send the studio are stored on the studio's own systems.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is live, then deleted. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe. Nothing is kept "just in case".

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the Journal at any time using the link in every issue, or ask to see, correct or delete what the studio holds about you. Email the studio and it will be done, usually the same day.
